InstaFreight Participates In HyperLOG And TransLogistica Poland.

16 October, 19

InstaFreight presents its business model at two logistics trade fairs in Poland. The digital forwarding company will be present at HyperLOG on 24th and 25th of October 2019 in Lodz and TransLogistica Poland from 5th to 7th of November in Warsaw in hall 3 booth M5. This year the young German company opened an office in Legnica as part of its internationalization strategy. Most recently, a new sales department with three key account managers has been established to acquire additional business in the growth markets of Central and Eastern Europe.

With a platform solution, InstaFreight simplifies the freight forwarding business, which still operates very analogously in many areas. The Berlin-based start-up is using digital solutions to make road transport in Europe more transparent and efficient. It offers its customers access to available transport capacities and manages the transports reliably. The focus is on continuous process optimization through digital technologies and on transport visibility through the effective exploitation of data. This business model enables InstaFreight to meet high demand from international companies and to serve shippers in other EU markets.

During HyperLOG at the end of the month, international speakers and visitors will focus on the question of how digital technologies will change logistics in the future. Maximilian Schaefer, Co-Founder and Managing Director of InstaFreight, will discuss the advantages of platform solutions in logistics on the 24th of October. His presentation on the necessity of digital forwarding will show how IT-supported processes can unify the highly fragmented logistics market and thus make the processes along the supply chain more transparent.

Marc Papenhoff, Director of Business Development at InstaFreight, will also give a talk in Lodz on the event’s opening day. He answers the question of how to establish sustainable business models through the era of digital logistics. The team of InstaFreight Poland as well as Marc Papenhoff and Maximilian Schaefer look forward to contributing to the discussions off stage and their Start-up-Pitch.

“Both interesting start-ups and established players from the logistics sector will be present at HyperLOG. We are looking forward to the opportunity to exchange ideas there,”

says Maximilian Schäfer.

Additionally, InstaFreight will be present at TransLogistica Poland beginning of November with a stand in hall 3 M5.

“TransLogistica Poland is the central trade fair for transport and logistics in Poland and Eastern Europe. From our point of view, the logistics market in this region is very dynamic, which is why a start-up like ours has fertile ground for its products,”

says Krzysztof Dwornik, General Manager of InstaFreight Poland.

“With our own office in Lower Silesia, we can now provide the best possible service for shippers and freight companies in Eastern Europe”.

The Berlin start-up had opened its branch in Legnica this spring. Since September, it has also been handling the operative business for Polish transports from this location. By the end of the year, InstaFreight will triple its current workforce of ten. In the last few days, three key account managers have been hired to meet the high demand in Poland. In the near future, InstaFreight will start sales activities in Italy, Spain and the Benelux region.
