New Team Members Strengthen Indigo’s Asia Pacific Technical Team.

International warehouse management systems (WMS) specialist Indigo Software, has significantly expanded its Asia Pacific region consulting, support and software development capabilities, with the appointment of 3 new team members in key customer facing roles.

Emmylou Catli has been appointed as a Supply Chain Consultant and WMS Applications Specialist, to advise and support customers when implementing Indigo WMS. Emmylou has a BSc in Industrial Engineering and over ten years of ‘real-world’ logistics, warehouse management and transport management experience, gained whilst working with leading brands across the Philippines.

Most recently, Emmylou was responsible for Transport & 3PL Management at Lazada E-Logistics, giving her a detailed understanding of exactly how to run a world-class e-commerce warehouse. This experience will be invaluable to Indigo’s customers who are looking to achieve similar efficiency, accuracy and productivity targets within their own distribution operations.

Emmylou has initiated many strategic projects, including:
• Reducing failed deliveries and achieving same day collection targets for customers;
• Improving logistics channel handover lead times;
• Reducing bulky cross-dock solutions and improving pick up lead times.

Mike Hill, CEO, Asia Pacific at Indigo Software said: “We have built an extremely capable team of WMS consultants based on the same ‘real-world industry experience’ ethos and mindset as in the UK, but with local language skills. It’s a very powerful combination and this has been a big factor behind our success in the Asia Pacific region and being recognised as Export Champions by the UK’s Department for International Trade.”

In addition, Indigo has also recruited Aaron Alcasabas and Justine Manay as Support Consultants, to further enhance Indigo’s world class customer support and development in the region. Both were previously Support Analysts at Accenture. Aaron is a SAP and ServiceNow specialist and has a BSc in Information Technology. Justine is a Java and web applications specialist and has a BSc in Applied Mathematics, Operations Research.

Over the coming months, Indigo is going to further expand its technical team with two more developers, who will be based in Asia.

Indigo has been successfully exporting its warehousing software solution, Indigo WMS, for the past 7 years into Asia, the USA and continental Europe. The company now has customers in USA, Germany, Croatia, Ireland, Denmark, Cyprus, China, Australia, the Philippines and New Zealand, in addition to the UK.
