Commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management company, Prohire Limited has retained its government-backed ‘Customer Service Excellence’ (CSE) accreditation for a third year, demonstrating its credentials as one of the most customer service-oriented contract hire and fleet management operators. Customer Service Excellence is regulated by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and Prohire’s CSE accreditation is unique in the commercial vehicle and fleet management industry.
The CSE assessment involves assessor interviews with a selection of customers as well as service and maintenance suppliers. The assessors also discuss the accreditation criteria with directors, senior managers and in this case, Prohire’s recently appointed new CEO, Pat Skelly. A representative group of customer-facing staff were also interviewed and the CSE assessors recording feedback from all concerned as being ‘very positive’.
As a result of the assessment, all seven of Prohire’s existing ‘Compliance Plus’ elements have been retained. These include customer insight, culture, information, access, delivery, timeliness and quality of service. A further element – local standards, referring to Prohire’s premises in Stoke on Trent and
Tunbridge Wells – has also been identified for this higher rating, bringing the total number of ‘Compliance Plus’ elements to eight.
